Gary Talley 
                                              
Gary spent the majority of his adult life in the aviation industry, both commercial and private, including four years in the US Air Force. He also served in the Fire Service as a fireman with EMT training. He, along with his wife Kathy are coordinators for City Gates Ministries Food Assistance Program, and Gary administers the Food Commodities Program. He is also a founding Board Member.

                                    Kathy Talley               

Knowing that Kathy has worked for over 32 years as a Bakery Manager for Safeway it should be no surprise that she and her husband Gary are involved in a food ministry.  

They serve as the Food Assistance Program Coordinators for the ministry and deliver boxes of food to folks who need it. Kathy has a degree in Psychology from Evergreen State College and is a founding Board Member of City Gates Ministries.

                                                 Maura Garrett 

An independent grant writer, Maura is a 2005 graduate of The Grantsmanship Center’s Institute.  She also attended Clover Park Technical College Multimedia Production and Design Program.  She has an extensive history of volunteer service in the Thurston County Public Schools and local nonprofits.
 
She serves City gates Ministries both as a Board Member and their volunteer Community Development Officer.

                                                         Rick McNeely
Like other Board members, God has uniquely prepared Rick for his roll in serving City Gates Ministries as its chief financial officer.  Rick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and twenty-five years of experience working in the fields of budgeting, accounting and financial management. 

He has been a tax preparer for H&R Block for nineteen tax seasons.  He is currently the financial officer for his church, New Day Christian Centre, a ministry he has functioned in for the past fourteen years.  Rick is well versed in church and non-profit financial policy and tax law.  His desire is to use his skills to serve his church and his commumity for the good of the people and for God's glory.
